Should you offer guarantees or refunds?
I remember the first time someone asked me if I offered guarantees or had a refund policy.
Now, it looks a lot different and I’m not shy about being very clear that I do not give refunds nor do I offer guarantees in any of our coaching programs or high level containers.
This topic of whether or not you “should” offer guarantees and refunds comes up a lot in the coaching space, so I wanted to come on and share my opinion in hopes that it will help you make your own empowered decision around it.
